How to make DIY lip gloss at home?

Lip gloss is a cosmetic product designed to add shine and sometimes color to the lips. It is usually a liquid or gel-like substance that is applied to the lips using an applicator wand or brush. Lip gloss is typically formulated with ingredients such as oils, waxes, and polymers that create a shiny or glossy finish on the lips. Some lip glosses may also contain additional ingredients such as pigments to add color, flavoring or fragrance, and moisturizing agents to help hydrate the lips. Lip gloss is a popular cosmetic item because it can be used alone or layered over lipstick to create a variety of looks, and it is often considered a more lightweight and natural-looking alternative to lipstick.

Ingredients Used
1 tablespoon of beeswax pellets, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or almond oil, 1/4 teaspoon of vitamin E oil, 1 tablespoon of shea butter or cocoa butter, A few drops of essential oil (optional), Lipstick or food coloring (optional)
Step 1: Double Boiler
In a double boiler or a glass bowl over a pot of boiling water, melt the beeswax, coconut oil or almond oil, and shea butter or cocoa butter.
Step 2: Melt
Once the ingredients have melted, remove the mixture from the heat and add in the vitamin E oil and a few drops of essential oil for scent (if desired).
Step 3: Put in container
If you want to add colour to your lip gloss, you can use a small amount of lipstick or food colouring. Add the colouring to the mixture and stir well. Pour the mixture into a small lip gloss container or a clean, empty lip balm tube. Allow the mixture to cool and solidify before using.
Step 4: Usage
Once the lip gloss has set, you can apply it to your lips as desired. If you find the consistency too thick or too thin, you can adjust the amounts of the ingredients accordingly in your next batch.
